Support

Contact Us

Duelly Sorted is still an early product, so the fastest route for feedback, support requests, bug reports, partnership ideas, or category suggestions is email.

Email

Email us at admin@tahinny.com and we will route it to the right place.

If you are reporting a problem, include the category you were using, the device or browser, and what went wrong. That makes it much easier to reproduce and fix.

  • General support and feedback
  • Category suggestions
  • Bug reports and ranking issues
  • Content concerns or rights-related questions

What To Expect

This is a small independent project, so replies may not be instant, but every genuine message is read.

If your message is about a broken page, missing image, privacy concern, or accessibility barrier, say that clearly in the subject line so it can be prioritised.

Using Duelly Sorted

Help

Duelly Sorted is built to make ranking easier. Instead of writing a full list from scratch, you choose winners in head-to-head matchups and the site builds your order over time.

How Ranking Works

Each category contains a set of items. You are shown faceoffs and pick the one you prefer.

As you make decisions, Duelly Sorted updates the standings and gradually builds a leaderboard that reflects your choices.

  • The more matchups you complete, the more stable your ranking becomes.
  • Leaderboards can change as more results come in.
  • Some categories are live now and others are still being prepared.

Groups And Shared Ranking

You can rank on your own or as part of a group. Group mode is designed for friend groups, communities, or shared debates where everyone wants to see how the overall ranking settles.

If you switch between pages, the site tries to keep your current group context in place so you do not have to keep rejoining.

Privacy Notice

Privacy

This page explains the main types of information Duelly Sorted currently uses so the site can function, measure usage, and keep rankings working.

What We Collect

When you use Duelly Sorted, the site may store session-related identifiers, votes, skips, group context, and standard server log information needed to run the service and protect it from misuse.

The site also uses Google Analytics to understand broad usage patterns such as page visits, traffic sources, and general engagement.

  • Session and group identifiers
  • Voting and skip activity linked to a session key
  • Technical usage data such as browser and page requests
  • Analytics data provided through Google Analytics

How We Use It

We use this information to run the site, maintain rankings, improve categories and pages, understand how the product is being used, and diagnose faults or abuse.

We are not building a broad personal profile of users, and the site currently does not depend on full public account registration for normal voting use.

Questions Or Requests

If you have a privacy question or would like to raise a data-related concern, contact admin@tahinny.com.

Cookie Information

Cookies

Duelly Sorted uses a small number of cookies and similar storage features so the site can function properly and remember session-related state.

Essential Cookies

Essential cookies are used to keep sessions working, maintain group context, and support secure operation of the site.

Without these, parts of the voting flow, shared group experience, or session continuity may not work as expected.

Analytics

The site also uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic and usage trends. That helps identify which pages are being used, where people drop off, and where the experience needs work.

Managing Cookies

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how well the site works.

Accessibility Commitment

Accessibility

Duelly Sorted is being developed with the aim of being usable across desktop, tablet, and mobile, and that includes making the experience clearer and more accessible over time.

Current Focus

We aim to support readable layouts, clear focus states, keyboard-friendly navigation where possible, and meaningful text alternatives for category imagery.

Because the site is still evolving, some pages or interactions may not yet meet the same standard across every device or screen size.

  • Responsive layouts across phone, tablet, and desktop
  • Clear navigation and button states
  • Ongoing work on readable content structure and interaction clarity

Report An Issue

If you hit an accessibility barrier, email admin@tahinny.com with the page you were using, the device or assistive technology involved, and what made the experience difficult.

That feedback is useful and directly helps shape future fixes.
